Octopuce.io owns all rights to the software, applications, and intellectual property related to the service.

Termination

Octopuce.io reserves the right to terminate your access to the services without notice for any breach of these TOS.

Refund Policy

Octopuce.io does not offer refunds in accordance to the full refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Octopuce.io does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Age Restriction
